Fitness & Conditioning

The weight room at the high school is open every day from 3:30 to 5:30. However, if you stay past the late bus run (4:05) you will need to arrange for your own ride. Any 8th or 7th graders who attend weight training will need to be picked up after school as you are not allowed on the high school late buses. Please note that the weight room is only open to 7th and 8th graders who have already played at the JV or Varsity level. 


It's important to work out in the off-season. What you do during the off-season defines how well you play next season.
 Remember: Work hard, play hard.
